I stayed at this hotel during recent annual conference of my company. I got accessible room on request, it was large and spacious once inside. Bathroom was well appointed for disability. But there were few problems such as hook in bathroom way too high for a disabled person, and internal door handles and drawer handles were very small and awkward for a disabled person as they have muscular weakness. The bed was very hard but I was offered an extra topper. The Sky lounge was an experience but overall the food a little disappointing for a 4 star hotel. Staff was highly attentive and helpful all the time.
