Love this historic area of saint john. The parking garage doors to the hotel are a long walk to the nearest guest elevator. Anyone in a wheelchair or with mobility issues will be at a disadvantage. If this is you, please get dropped off at the front desk. Our room was a nice recently renovated interior room. Large, bright, quiet and very clean. There was also strain in the toilet that had not been cleaned. Overall need some changes for Disabled user.
