I enjoyed my stay at the Crowne Plaza Hamburg because the staff were very friendly and helpful. The accessible room are functional and smaller than expected but they also provide emergency code button in bedroom & bathroom. Easily Ramp access to the Hotel Bar & Restaurant. The best thing I had seen in this hotel is separate accessible parking. I would definitely stay there again.
