    Access to reception is via a steep ramp through a door that leads into the reception area. Lobby, bars and function rooms are all on one level. Accessible toilets are on this level also. I reach to the room through elevator & it’s wheelchair friendly. The shower seat is about two inches higher than my wheelchair seat so the transfer was a little difficult. This hotel also provide disabled parking separately. Overall happy with this hotel but still many things which they need to improve.
