This hotel is very unwelcoming for guests in wheelchairs, we had difficulty checking in with uncaring staff who could use some sensitivity training. The accessible rooms do not have roll in showers, only a tub with grab bars, when we asked for a bath chair we were told that they have one only. In the main building, the handicapped parking is located under about 8 stairs with the ramp on the other side of the building. I would not stay here again, or recommend for those with mobility challenges.
