I have asked for the disabled room during my booking via email and i got the wheelchair accessible room during my stay. No walk in or roll in shower in the bathroom in my accessible room which was bad at all. The room was fine, spacious and big and you can in out wheelchair easily in the room. Bathroom has low level bath with 1 rail. No bath seat provided either. No grab rail near toilet. Sink was too high. Not good stay for me as disabled.
