A very warm welcome from the Receptionist who immediately moved us to a downstairs room when we informed her that we had parked in a disabled space. The large double bed and disabled rooms available and I stayed in one with a wet room shower with rails available. Wheelchair friendly. Appreciate the facilities in the room also. Staff were very happy and friendly.
