Well this is a beautiful hotel to look at and the staff are amazing, but that's it. Access is terrible from the hotel to the pool. The Cellar restaurant and it was a real drag to get to our roof, which was the furthest room from the lift. The bedroom was spacious and no was the bathroom, but there were no grab bars and it was a regular bath tub. The access to the swimming pool for wheelchair users is back outside and then around the hotel complex, through a rough, unlit carpark. There are no accessible changing rooms. It is a disaster. I would not recommend this hotel at all. The staff tried very hard to make out two night stay as enjoyable as possible, not least because they were embarrassed.
