Disabled car park provided at front of Hotel many other cars and vans regularly using it instead of the general car park at rear none displaying Blue Badge. Reception staff smile but ignore complaints. The room I was given was a disabled room with walk in shower with huge area which was very helpful to me as i am disabled user. The food was good in the restaurant and tasty no doubt in that. Accessible toilet facilities available at the hotel. Good and pleasant stay for me.
