    I booked this hotel for two nights with grand father who has mobility difficulties. I had discussed Grand father’s needs with hotel before our arrival and our room was an excellent choice. I hired a raised toilet seat and wheelchair from the Health Care Equipment Centre which were delivered to hotel. Staff has changed a chair in our room which was easier for Grand father to get in and out of and moved another seat into the dining room for her as well. Less accessible facilities but helpful and appreciable staff which made overall stay accessible.
