Stayed for one night recently at this hotel with my business partner. I am a wheelchair user and the very entrance to the building is hard to navigate, I had to reverse onto it with my bigger back wheels, and I still needed my partner to help pull me up onto it. I could not have entered the hotel if I was travelling alone. We reserved accessible room and got one on arrival. Room was nice and comfortable, it was fully accessible. I liked the sliding door to the bathroom as this made better use of the space than having a door that had to swing outwards. However, it was only on a track on the top and not the bottom, meaning that I could actually dislodge it if I got my wheels stuck. It was also hard to move for someone like me who cannot use their upper body much. Aside from this it was a perfectly fine hotel. Staff was attentive and helpful all the time.
