Stayed at this hotel during our conference at Burlingame. Check-in was bit slow, also it is very big hotel and they need to add few more elevators. I got accessible room as requested prior, it was nice and spacious. Bed was at comfortable height and mattress was best. Bathroom was accessible and did not presented any challenges. Most of the common areas were accessible. Breakfast was delicious and it had plenty of options. Staff was courteous and did took extra care of mine being disabled person.
