We found the staff very pleasant & helpful, the first issue that of all the parking spaces available only one is disabled, then we found that the double door has one half open but the second half bolted so that a member of staff had to come and unlock it and open the second set of doors for us and so it continued none of the doors we had to navigate opened automatically and required the assistance of another person. This hotel is not suitable for wheelchair users.
