Hotel did not have a lift. Staff was very helpful in carrying cases up stairs. But my wife still struggled to get up the stairs! Given room was far away from the entrance. Easy free parking and the hotel ‘does what it says on the tin’. Looks like a barracks but the staff are very helpful and cheerful.
