I stayed here for one night. The check-in was fast and efficient, and the lady was very friendly and helpful by providing me Liverpool’s local attractions. I was given a room with a disabled-friendly bathroom. The room was clean and spacious. There was walk-in shower area with a handrail and stool. I had a good night’s sleep and I couldn’t fault the cleanliness of the room. Overall I would definitely stay in this hotel again as it was very nice.
