Got to the room it was freezing cold! Being handicap person and wasn’t offered a better room. While checking in the woman was on the phone talking to someone. There was a guy in the back room sitting and watching and not doing a darn thing until I started raising my voice. Then he came out and started helping us out! Very disappointed even service in restaurant was crappy. Had to keep calling the servers for refills and other things. Very disappointed!
