I was staying with my disabled brother and we had requested disable room to be near reception or ground floor as he cant walk very far. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. And staff allotted me the disabled room on the ground floor. There are 4 disabled parking bays directly in front of the main entrance. Very relaxing. Plenty of clean towels & good shower with lots of hot water in the small, perfectly serviceable bathroom. Very comfortable bed with choice of 2 pillows each. Good stay for me.
