The staff were so friendly and welcoming and the hotel was clean, warm and inviting especially to those who are Disabled the room was wonderful with views over the quay. The bed was hard though the room was furnished adequately. The shower was good with plenty of hot water and large towels. Car parking was very difficult. I am disabled and we were given a permit to park outside. As the disabled access room was perfect will recommend to all.
