We prefer this group of hotels, and always first check for it’s hotel in the city where we are travelling. Stayed here on our last trip to Pittsfield. We booked accessible room prior to our arrival, and as always this hotel stands up to all the needs of a disabled traveller. Right from the Entrance everything was easy and we quickly got onto our Room. Inside room, everything was perfect and matching to our needs, no different then it’s hotel in the other cities. Spacious, large, clean and comfortable room. Bathroom was perfect with Roll-in showers and all the vanity was at lower height. Kudos to staff, they were excellent. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
