Disabled potential guests need to be aware of our recent experience. We booked their disabled room for one night and then extended it to two nights. This amended booking was confirmed by email and they indicated we had a disabled room for two nights. When we arrived we were given a slightly larger than normal room but with no disabled facilities of any kind. Dont know asked the reason they told it is already occupied for other disabled guest. Cant trust the hotel management. IGNORE !!!
