I have been travelling across Canada and using accessible rooms for many years so have certain expectations about my rooms. I stayed at the Comfort Inn for 2 nights because my first choice was unavailable. There are no ‘true’ accessible rooms available in this hotel but then also they arrange the room for me. The bathroom had bars beside the toilet, which is great but there was no place to put our toiletries. One really great thing is that the room had a well marked and signed handicap parking space right outside the patio doors. Bed was comfy and at a suitable height. Overall, there was little accessible about the room but again there is no elevators so it cause the problem. This is average hotel for the wheelchair users.
