There were disabled car parks but far from the entrance of the hotel. When we got there we were met with a lots of stairs, I’m in a wheelchair, and there was no lift. The entrance and public areas with disabled access little bit only. The rooms were not at all disabled friendly and so the bathroom. After swim we found out that there was a disabled access ramp that takes you straight into the leisure part !!! We honestly couldn’t believe there was no disabled changing rooms or toilets. Avoid if disabled.
