In this hotel, the staff was so friendly and helpful which was so lovely to see! Right upon check in they were exceptionally professional and made check in and everything so smooth and easy!
Being wheelchair user, the front desk arranged my wake up call & pick up time for the wheelchair care attendant from the airport. Also since my last stay, I am thrilled to see that in the wheelchair rooms, the bed closest to the washroom is on a lower bedframe than the second double bed in the room. And of course the room and bathroom is fully wheelchair/handicap accessible! Great roll in shower, grab bars around the toilet and in the shower, shower seat, and great access to the sink from in a wheelchair too! Very impressed!
