There is no automatic door opener. The entire place is one level, but there is a raised edge where the floor changes from tile to hardwood in a few areas, and carpets were scattered on the floor to soak up winter moisture. The counter area is spacious, with plenty of room to turn a power wheelchair, and I love that the 11 standard height tables are moveable.
