Stayed here for just one night during the weekend. I was provided room on the ground floor as per my request for accessible room. Room was clean and bed was comfortable with very high quality mattress. Bathroom had walk in shower and all things were within reach. I had one suggestion though to put a couple of your parking bays as disabled and maybe even use the car park for people staying at the hotel and not for diners. It was full all the time and was only able to get one parking late in the night. Highly appreciate the efforts of the all the staff, they were very much accommodating.
