Booked a Accessible room online for this hotel during our last visit. Location of this hotel was perfect, there is also a skywalk to the mall. Inside, Room was large, clean and comfortable, bed was at good height and was very much comfortable. Bathroom was accessible and had all the suitable amenities. Few of the con’s were, Reception area was bit crowded and it made check-in procedure longer. Carpet in elevators and hall was bit dirty. Thumbs up to the Staff, they were at their very best in accommodating all the guests.
