I stayed for couple of nights at this hotel few months ago. I had asked for accessible room and did got one on arrival. Room was nicely setup and it was spacious enough, but there were some problems such as bit high bed making it difficult for someone with limited upper body strength to pull themselves onto it from a chair, and a crazy steep ramp for the bathroom in the floor 2 room. Also, floor in the bathroom took much longer to dry up. Also, i did not used parking but came to know that even disabled parking was paid. Most of the common areas were easily accessible. Staff was hard working and helped us a lot during our stay.
