I stayed at here overnight recently. The main entrance has 4 steps with a handrail to the front door, regrettably it’s not wheelchair accessible, I have a mobility disability and walk with a crutch and the stairs were doable and once inside there is a lift to the other floors. I was in traditional room, it was very clean, tidy and well maintained. There was a comfortable double bed and traditional furniture. The en suit bathroom had a walk in shower, sink and toilet. Staff were amazingly helpful, friendly and spoke good English.
