We stayed at this hotel for couple of days few months ago. Accessible room was not available so we were given a ground floor room. They also didn’t have shower cubicles only baths however, they supplied a swivel bath seat which suited fine. The whole complex was ramped but there were a few steps to get into pool and spa. The food was delicious and room service was excellent. Staff was very much friendly and helpful all the time.
